Spinal arachnoiditis (SA) is a uncommon and delayed complication of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). We current a case of delayed SA related to thoracic and lumbar arachnoid cysts in a affected person with aSAH secondary to a ruptured vertebral artery aneurysm. The affected person underwent a thoracic laminectomy for decompression of the spinal twine, lysis of arachnoid adhesions, and fenestration of an arachnoid cyst. We current the pathogenesis, analysis, remedy, and administration of spinal arachnoiditis as a uncommon complication of aSAH.
