Although Mr Akmal undertakes major reconstructive spinal surgery, our approach is to intervene early with the most minimal intervention to prevent problems progressing to surgery. However, some patients will end up requiring surgery, and therefore you will be reassured to know that we offer latest solutions such as disc replacement surgery, dynamic stabilisation, minimally invasive “keyhole” procedures and also treatments for osteoporosis.
All our specialists are fully insured with the major Insurers such as BUPA, AXA-PPP, AVIVA, SIMPLYHEALTH, WPA and HSA. We try to keep in the insurer guidelines to avoid you needing to pay extra on your policy.
